Privacy Policy – DISCO COMPOSITORE
Last updated: October 2026
Summary
DISCO COMPOSITORE does not collect, send or sell personal data. It has no accounts and no analytics or usage statistics.
What the app does and does not do
- The app does not connect to any VIBRANIAM server and does not send your projects, recordings or any other data anywhere.
- It does not track, profile or identify you, and it contains no advertising.
- Your projects, MIDI files and exported audio are saved only where you choose, on your own PC.
- The app keeps its settings (for example the audio device and the enabled features) in small files on your PC.
Microphone and audio input
The app declares the microphone because its multitrack recorder can record from an audio input of your PC (a microphone or a line input). The input is used only while the multitrack recorder is active, and only if you allow it. Recorded audio stays in the files you save on your PC and is never uploaded. You can revoke the permission at any time in Windows settings; the rest of the app keeps working without it.
Microsoft Store edition: Full Unlock
- In the Microsoft Store edition, the app asks the Microsoft Store whether you own the “Full Unlock” add-on. Purchases and payments are handled entirely by Microsoft, under Microsoft's privacy statement. VIBRANIAM does not receive your payment or account details.
- The result is remembered in a signed file on your PC, in
%APPDATA%\DiscoCompositore. It contains only a short code derived from the name of your PC and your Windows user name. This file is never sent anywhere. - When the demo ends, the app saves a copy of your current project in
Documents\DiscoCompositore\Recoveryon your PC, so that your work is not lost. This copy is never sent anywhere.
